The Grissin Virtual Science Centre is a joint venture between The Windborne International Group and a group of Californian venture capital corporations.

The project is currently in the planning stage and involves a close collaboration with universities , research institutions and industrial corporations both in the USA and abroad.

Building works are planned to start towards the end of this year and the Centre will be completed by february 2005.

When completed the Grissin Science Centre will comprise over 100 000 m2 office, laboratory, educational, conterence and exhibition space as well as 300 housing units.
