Ludvika Retail and Leisure
Centre
The Ludvika Centre involved a co-development between Windborne
International and the Praktikertjänst Pension Fund. The project
was developed during the early 1980's.
Located in the heart of the small Town of Ludvika , the original
property represented a tired municipal complex. The Ludvika Centre is today
a pulsating Shopping Centre with high quality premises for retail, restaurants,
service and offices.
